Automatic Flat Cardboard Palletizing System

A highly intelligent system that eliminates the need for lifting and handling heavy paper bundles. Layer stacker

The function of the stacking machine is that when the stacking function is turned on on the screen, the original single-pack feed can be switched to enter the grabbing position every two packs at the same time, in order to reduce the number of actions of the robot, thereby improving the efficiency of palletizing.

Pallet dispenser

For the palletizing machine, the structure of the palletizing machine controls the palletizing board to fall on the chain plate conveyor line. The separation mechanism can automatically adjust the width according to the different sizes of the palletizing board. After the palletizing board is separated, it is transported to the palletizing robot via the chain plate line.
